EMS Update

We are pleased to announce that the Town of Mercer has received notice from the WI Department of Health Services that our EMS application has been approved! There are still a few small steps that need to be completed before Mercer’s ambulances will be operational and back out servicing our community. Our anticipation is being operational next week.

I would like to thank everyone who has spent countless hours of hard work and dedication to make this happen. I would also like to thank all of our surrounding agencies: Beacon EMS, Oneida County EMS, Park Falls Ambulance, Manitowish Waters and Winchester First Responders and the members of Mercer Fire who have stepped up to help us through this. Lastly, a special thank you to all of the community members who have joined our new service and will soon be responding to calls.
