Mercer Town Board of Supervisors – May 11th 2012 – Minutes
Chairman Jim Kichak called the meeting of the Mercer Town Board of Supervisors to order on Friday the 11th of May 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Haines Civic Building.
Roll Call: Jim Kichak, Jim Lambert, Jeff Stenberg, Bonnie Banaszak, and Opal Roberts. Absent: Charles Schroepfer.
New Business: Discuss/Approve negotiations for contract modification with Musson Brothers Inc.
Banaszak explained the contract modifications to allow permission for Musson Brothers to move into Stage 3A construction prior to completion of Stages 2A through 2C to include Lakeview Avenue to its intersection with Railroad Street. If any proposed construction off Lakeview Avenue, Railroad Street, or alleys right off US Highway 51 is suspended to move back to complete any part of Stage2, all disturbed areas shall be finished to the satisfaction of the engineer. This work must be completed before July 3rd 2012.
Motion made by Stenberg, seconded by Lambert, to approve the contract modification with Musson Brothers Inc.
Motion made by Lambert, seconded by Banaszak, to adjourn the meeting at 1:05 pm. Carried.
